The Wiehlpark of the future will have a strong magnetic effect on families after the conversion (2021 to 2023) - even stronger than before. This is the promise of the project sponsor - the town of Wiehl. The planning of the project took place between 2018 and 2020.
The three-day official reopening festival will take place on the weekend of August 25th to August 27th, 2023. As a prelude, a new edition of the "Wiehl Summer" (party for young people with music) is planned on Friday evening, August 25th. There will also be numerous sports activities.
We don't want to reveal more at this point - be there at the reopening and be surprised!

The 'new' Wiehlpark

On August 26th and August 27th, on the occasion of the reopening of the Wiehlpark, there will be additional special trips on the Wiehl Valley Railway line with the steam train of the Bergischer Löwe between Osberghausen and Wiehl at a special price of € 3 per person
